Madonna Kabbalah Drama!

Earlier this week, we were sad to report that Madonna is currently being slapped with an unfair dismissal lawsuit from former employees of her Raising Malawi charity, now that plans for her new girls school in the country fell apart.

Now, Kabbalah leaders are claiming that former disgruntled members "have now turned against us," and they believe these people are involved in Madonna's current troubles.

Here's what Karen Berg, wife of Kabbalah center founder Philip Berg, wrote about it in an email to members:

"It is especially painful and disappointing that there appears to be a small group of individuals who are trying to discredit The Kabbalah Centre. We consider all our students to be part of our family — including those who have now turned against us.

"In sharing Kabbalah with the world for the last 40 years, we learned the many ways chaos and darkness can manifest themselves…we understand that the darkest part of the night is just before the dawn."

More from Karen Berg on Madonna's Raising Malawi charity, which Madge formed with Berg's son Michael:

"An Internet blogger, who regularly trafficks in rumors about the entertainment industry, has written that there is a federal inquiry underway . . . We have received no formal or official notification from the government . . . but we fully intend to work cooperatively to support an examination of our activities."

Dark stuff! We just hope everything gets worked out for Madonna, whether or not former Kabbalah followers have in fact contributed to her current woes.

Do U think disgruntled former Kabbalah members have it out for Madonna?

  1. When you try to do something great, good and human, you will always face the people who fight against this, that want to protect their interests, their lack of faith and lack of hope.

Madonna isn't saint. But is not so dumb to do something so public involved with evil persons. She is facing another defy.
