Quebec companies team up with pop icon Madonna for Super Bowl

The Super Bowl is still two months away but two Montreal companies have already scored a touchdown, partnering with pop icon Madonna to create the half-time show.

World-renowned Cirque du Soleil and multimedia show producer Moment Factory are working with the Material Girl to craft an eye-popping spectacle for the Feb. 5 gridiron showdown in Indianapolis.

It's no easy trick -- Super Bowl half-time shows can generate as much buzz as the game. Just ask Janet Jackson, whose appearance helped to make the phrase "wardrobe malfunction" part of the language.

"This is one very, very challenging project for us," says Eric Fournier, the executive producer at Moment Factory. "You've got to make sure everything works perfectly."

But don't be singing Like A Virgin when it comes to his company or the Cirque's handling of these types of events.

Madonna Hires Male Models to Help Deliver Her Scent

Madonna is fully aware that yes, sex sells. The Material Girl had her new fragrance, Truth or Dare, hand delivered to beauty editors by two gorgeous male models. What better way to pep up a dull day? Making a lasting impression and whetting a few appetites in the process, Madonna had the two models greet Allure's Beauty News Editor, Heather Muir, with one dressed all in black and another in white.

"I have always been obsessed by fragrance," Madonna mused to WWD last month. "And for years I wanted to create something personal that was an expression of me but that other people could relate to as well. Something honest, and yet daring, hence the name Truth or Dare".  So what does this provocative scent smell like?

"A white floral that plays on dual forces: gardenia and tuberose," Madge revealed. The model dressed in white held tuberose and gardenia, which Madonna said was symbolic of her of her mother. The second model in Black held the striking white perfume bottle.

Megaforce Tapped To Direct New Madonna Music Video!

Reports are circling that Madonna's music video for Give Me All Your Love, the first single off of her upcoming album, will be directed by the French graphic arts and design collective Megaforce, probably most famous for their work on KiD CuDi's Pursuit Of Happiness music video!

Furthermore, the clip is set to be filmed in New York, will feature Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., and will feature 50 or more dancers!

It has been CONFIRMED by Guy Oseary that Madonna recorded a ballad for her own movie W.E. Now, we can tell you more!

The song is called Masterpiece, apropos considering it will come from a master, and it's been produced by William Orbit.

As for the context of the song, sources indicate that it is about "what it feels to love and be loved like a piece of art and how fragile this love can be." The source further adds that the track is " very orchestral," but when Madge does let out a note of her own, it is "stunning." The will also be dually released on the movie's soundtrack and Madonna's new album.

Over the past couple of months, details have leaked about Madonna's 2012 tour here and there…and now we've got an updated look at her tour itinerary, which is as follows:
 May 31, 2012: Tel Aviv, Israel
June-July 2012: Europe
August-September 2012: North America
October 2012: South East Asia
October-November 2012: New Zealand and Australia Apparently, tickets WERE supposed to go on sale this Friday, but now we're hearing that Live Nation won't make tix available till after the new year. Blah.
On a more positive note though, we're hearing that a second leg of Madge's tour might take place in 2013, which would include shows in both Japan and South Africa!
We're just excited that this tour is getting closer! We can't wait to see the show like 12,151,312 times!!!!!
P.S. Madge - UR gonna have to add more shows to the tour if we're gonna reach our quota! Ha!

When you look at that picture above, you will probably just assume that one of the devil talons on Madge's labia scratched at Guy Ritchie's eyeball as he worshiped the third eye on her crotch earlier in the day. But the truth is, Guy Richie is throwing us a subtle "I'm going to rob this granny blind" wink. Guy, who got at least $75 million from Madge in the divorce, talked to Details about his marriage with her and he pretty much kept his words on the nice side until he added a slight dig about the fortune she dropped on his gold digging shovel.

DETAILS: You married Madonna when you were still a fledgling director and she was the most famous woman in the world. What was that adjustment like?
